Thanks for asking Dickson! What i can say is the people who are working behind these startups or projects are seeing and doing a different approach to AI, they’re the ones who want to see AI destroying humans (not only!) in an unpredictable future. Simple as that, if i myself making an AI startup, i’d take the human-machine approach. Even as that, a fully advanced AI that you mostly see in the movies is something to worry in the next century and further. What the AlphaGo Zero or Elon Musk’s startup demonstrate these days is part of continues experimentation or research that is very achievable with are current technology resources. They of course have limitations.
